Batman and Robin reborn comic decisions

My story will take place in the future 
Damian Wayne will be an old man 
Daughter will be old rich billionaire 
Tim drake in his death bed
Bruce and jason todd will be dead 
Terry will be older 30s
Just after around the time he found out Bruce was his actual father 
And max just turned 19 which means he was only 5 in the original batman beyond series and terry was 16 ... 11 years older than Matt

The first page will start off with 
Terry as batman beyond fighting a group of jokers while a new villain "TWC" short for "the wild card" sits and watches in laughter 
(TWC will be the biological son of Tim drake before he was rid of that joker DnA which took over his son ) 
While they are fighting TWC gets bored of watching and say oh pooh this is getting rather boring I think I might just end it now and cuts a rope that was next to him causing a huge object to fall down on batman & the jokers he was fighting ... Boss help .. He laughs starts to walk away and says take one for the team then sets the building on fire terrys suit helps him escape along with the two jokers he was fighting but he's badly injured he has his suit fly him home it shows him in the hospital the doctors are telling him his hips and leg are broken and he may never walk again....hey lays back in bed and falls asleep 
He wakes up there is someone standing over him who resembles Bruce but he's obviously not him cuz Bruce is dead .....
Terry says Bruce? Am I dreaming 
No terry I'm not Bruce I'm Damian wayne better know as the last robin or the person who designed that bat suit you wear I've been keeping close tabs on you since my dad died ...
What do you want 
I'm going to cut right two it 
Gotham needs a protector and right now  with your injures you cannot do it 
I think it's time to bring Matt into the family business
No Matt cant do it he isn't trained he knows nothing of the batman role or that I'm even the batman
